Lowcountry Commercial Services, a trusted leader in commercial cleaning and janitorial services across Hilton Head and Bluffton, is hiring a Full-Time Janitorial Supervisor.
This is a working supervisor role-you will lead, train, and support a team of janitors and custodial staff while also performing cleaning duties yourself. You’ll oversee cleaning operations at commercial buildings, office spaces, and retail properties throughout the Hilton Head Island and Bluffton area.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and mentor a janitorial crew of 8-12 employees
Coordinate and oversee daily cleaning tasks
Perform hands-on cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing restrooms, window cleaning, etc.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
Conduct site inspections and perform quality control checks
Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing and site needs
Requirements
Previous experience as a Janitorial Supervisor, Custodial Manager, or Housekeeping Supervisor
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
Valid Driver’s License (required)
Must be able to work evening shifts, night shifts, and weekends
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Reliable transportation to Hilton Head Island office (company vehicles provided for job sites)

Pay: Based on experience
Hours: 45-50 hours per week required
